利用規約Terms

適用Scope

本規約は、Blueprint Collective 株式会社が提供または運営するウェブサイト、オンラインソフトウェア、SaaS、メディア、会員制サービス、デジタルコンテンツその他のサービスに適用されます。個別契約やサービス別条件がある場合は、当該条件が優先されます。These terms apply to websites, online software, SaaS, media, membership services, digital content, and other services provided or operated by Blueprint Collective Inc. If separate agreements or service-specific terms exist, those terms prevail.

利用登録・アカウントRegistration and Accounts

サービスの一部は、利用登録、本人確認、決済手段の登録、個別契約の締結等を必要とする場合があります。アカウント、認証情報、決済情報は利用者の責任で管理してください。Some services may require registration, identity verification, payment method registration, or a separate agreement. Users are responsible for managing accounts, authentication information, and payment information.

料金・支払Fees and Payment

有料サービスの料金、支払方法、契約期間、更新、解約、返金等は、申込画面、見積書、請求書、個別契約その他当社が提示する条件に従います。Fees, payment methods, contract periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related conditions for paid services are governed by application screens, quotations, invoices, separate agreements, or other conditions presented by us.

禁止事項Prohibited Conduct

• 法令、公序良俗、本規約、個別契約に違反する行為Violating laws, public order, these terms, or separate agreements
• 当社、他の利用者、第三者の権利利益を侵害する行為Infringing the rights or interests of us, other users, or third parties
• 虚偽登録、なりすまし、決済不正、不正アクセス、過度な負荷を与える行為False registration, impersonation, payment fraud, unauthorized access, or excessive system load
• 当社が許可しないスクレイピング、リバースエンジニアリング、APIの不正利用Scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API use without our permission
• その他当社が不適切と判断する行為Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

知的財産権Intellectual Property

本サービスおよびコンテンツに関する知的財産権その他一切の権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。明示的に許諾された範囲を超えて利用できません。All intellectual property and other rights related to the services and content belong to us or rightful owners. Users may not use them beyond the expressly permitted scope.

保証の否認・責任制限Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

当社は、本サービスが利用者の特定目的に適合すること、期待する成果を実現すること、正確性、完全性、有用性、継続性、安全性、不具合がないことを保証しません。ただし、個別契約で別途明示した場合はその定めに従います。We do not warrant that the services will fit a user's specific purpose, achieve expected outcomes, or be accurate, complete, useful, continuous, secure, or error-free, except as expressly provided in a separate agreement.

変更・準拠法・お問い合わせChanges, Governing Law, and Contact

当社は、法令上認められる範囲で本規約を変更することがあります。本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関するお問い合わせは legal@blueprintco.io までご連絡ください。We may modify these terms to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Japanese law. For inquiries, contact legal@blueprintco.io.
