販売価格・役務の対価Prices and Service Fees
各サービス、商品、デジタルコンテンツ、会員プラン、サブスクリプション、都度課金、従量課金、手数料等の価格は、申込画面、購入画面、最終確認画面、見積書、契約書、請求書その他当社が提示する条件に表示します。Prices for services, products, digital content, membership plans, subscriptions, one-time payments, usage-based fees, and other charges are shown on application screens, purchase screens, final confirmation screens, quotations, contracts, invoices, or other conditions presented by us.
支払方法・時期Payment Methods and Timing
クレジットカード決済、銀行振込、請求書払い、アプリ内決済、決済代行事業者が提供する手段その他当社が指定する方法によります。支払時期は、各表示または個別条件に従います。Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, invoice payment, in-app payment, payment methods provided by payment processors, or other methods specified by us. 役務の提供時期Service Delivery Timing
契約成立後、当社所定の手続、初期設定、本人確認、入金確認、決済承認、審査、外部サービス連携その他必要な準備が完了した後、速やかに提供を開始します。Services begin promptly after contract formation and completion of required procedures, initial setup, identity verification, payment confirmation, payment approval, screening, external service integration, and other necessary preparations.
キャンセル・返品Cancellations and Returns
デジタルサービス、オンラインソフトウェア、会員機能、広告掲載、相談、デジタルコンテンツその他役務提供の性質上、提供開始後、利用開始後、購入確定後のキャンセル、返品、返金はお受けできない場合があります。Due to the nature of digital services, online software, membership features, advertising placements, consulting, digital content, and other services, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be available after service start, use start, or purchase confirmation.
特別な販売条件Special Sales Conditions
契約期間、自動更新、最低利用期間、無料期間終了後の有料移行、解約方法、利用数量の上限、提供地域、年齢制限、本人確認、審査その他特別な条件がある場合は、申込画面、購入画面、最終確認画面、見積書、契約書、請求書その他当社が提示する条件に表示します。If special conditions apply, such as contract term, auto-renewal, minimum usage period, paid conversion after a free period, cancellation method, usage limits, service area, age restrictions, identity verification, or screening, they are shown on application screens, purchase screens, final confirmation screens, quotations, contracts, invoices, or other conditions presented by us.
